39. Tha God Fahim – Six Ring Champ
The God Fahim dominates our list. Six Ring Champ is his only solo album, which made it to our list. Fahim’s jewel has been produced by Nicholas Craven, Thrasherwulf, Camoflauge Monk, and Fahim himself. A talented artist proved to us that he belongs among the most significant names on the current scene. Six Ring Champm is confirmation of his position in the game.

38. Raz Fresco – Magnetic
Raz Fresco is another of those guys delivering project after project after project while all of them holding up to a quite high standard. But the album Magnetic is a little bit different; you can feel a certain, surprisingly pleasant growth. The artist produced the whole album by himself. It is important to mention what type of unique genius a person like Raz possesses. His beats sound like they are from some parallel universe, and you will not hear anything like that anywhere else. His rap is as good as his beats, and this is the type of project that we do not get every day.

37. LORD JAH-MONTE OGBOND and Sadhugold – The Black Mobius
LORD JAH-MONTE OGBOND appears for the second time on our list. As we already mentioned, when SadhuGold teams up with somebody, we expect very uniquely sounding projects. Album The Black Mobius has an aura from different universes around it; you can feel the mysticism and magic from the album. Collaboration between one of the most unique rappers on the scene and an undyingly innovative producer is something that you cannot miss.

36. Hus Kingpin – Bjorkingpin (Side A / Side B)
If you have been following Hus Kingpin for the last couple of years, there is no chance that you have not fallen in love with his discography. Last year in February, the artist dropped the Bjorkingpin album, and we could not get enough of it, and then before we had a chance to get bored of it, Hus dropped Side B, so we got a double portion of amazing music. Producers performed at 110%, and in our opinion, the rapper himself is just special.

35. Sadistik & Kno – Bring Me Back When The World Is Cured
Sadistik belongs among the most unique rappers in the game. He describes his emotions in his lyrics in unseen ways. He also uses specific terms, such as religious, literal, or movie references, which makes for a complicated maze. Album Bring Me Back When The World Is Cured was also completely produced by Kno from CunninLynguists; get ready for the best beats Sadistick ever rapped over.

34. Nicholas Craven – Craven N 3
Nicholas Craven delivers another part of his series, Craven N, and maybe closes off the whole trilogy. We would not be offended by his decision; it is true to the saying ‘’the best things come at the end,” and we are saying that even though his two previous albums were really good on their own. Craven belongs among the best producers of the current generation, and this album is a shining proof of that. On top of the amazing productions, you will get guests like E L U C I D, Navy Blue, Boldy James, Evidence, and others.

33. Westside Gunn – 10
Westside Gunn concentrates not just on rap but also, and more importantly, on connecting and leading different artists. All of his experiences over the years came to fruition here, and HWH 10 is yet another example of the undeniable impact the rapper has on culture in general. We did not even dare to dream about the collaborations the rapper was able to put together on this album. It will be best if we just show you the names and then you run and listen to the whole thing, so here we go: RZA, Flygod Jr., Conductor Williams, Denny LaFlare, Elijah Hooks, Swizz Beatz, Mike Shabb, Pete Rock, The Alchemist, A.A. Rashid, Doe Boy, DJ Drama, Stove God Cook$, A$AP Rocky, Black Star, Westside Pootie, Rome Streetz, Busta Rhymes, Raekwon, Ghostface Killah, Estee Nack, Keisha Plum, Run The Jewels, Benny The Butcher, Jay Worthy, Conway The Machine, Armani Caesar, and Robby Takac.

32. Westside Gunn – Peace “Fly” God
We had slightly more fun with Westside Gunn’s first album of the year, Peace “Fly” God, than with his massive and unprecedented album 10. The project is tougher and more experimental than the album 10, and Gunn gives a lot of space to rappers Estee Nack and Stove God Cook$. The album does not go towards the listeners to make it easy for them, but when you sink in, it is a very rewarding experience.

31. Cities Aviv – Working Title For The Album Secret Waters
Memphis rapper/producer Cities Aviv already released the album Man Plays the Horn earlier last year, an album that has no comparison in the range it covers, and it is almost unbelievable that the rapper was able to produce another great album in the same year. Working Title For The Album Secret Waters is shorter, more compact, album. Expect beautiful beats full of amazing samples and Aviv’s original rap, which is personal but intriguing.
