NEWS OF THE WEEK
Detroit’s rapper Boldy James is unstoppable. Quality and quantity of projects released by Boldy is absolutely unprecedented and has no comparison on whole scene. He gave us album Manger on McNichols produced by Sterling Stones, three albums produced by The Alchemist, two by Real Bad Man, The Versace Tape produced by Jay Versace and all of that in last three years and last month he delivered perfect project called Fair Exchange No Robbery produced by Nicholas Craven but that is not apparently enough to him because he just released Mr.Ten08.
One more time Boldy went to Canada and this time joint his forces with producer Futurewave from Toronto which for example produced album Razor’s Edge for Rome Streetz. As name and cover of the album suggests we will get one of the most developed stories from drug underground. Thanks to the Futurewave’s productions Mr.Ten08 has unique atmosphere, artists kept the album closer to the ground. Immersive atmosphere will suck you into the unwelcoming streets of Detroit, one of the most dangerous cities in the US.
Interesting point at the end is how was the cover of the album created which was described by Futurewave as „If you look closely it was done by hand with “powder”, a spoon and a fixed blade knife. This is a photo, it’s not fake. This represents the title “Mr. Ten08” in the best way possible.“ You can buy either vinyl of digital version of the album through the label FXCK RXP.

Rome Streetz is starting a new tour
Rome Streetz just shortly after the release of his debut under the Griselda Records (Kiss The Ring) started a tour and he wants us all to see it so he released clip from his first stop in Brooklyn his hometown.
Harry Fraud and legend of the underground
Producer Harry Fraud can produce for mainstream artists like Lil Peep or French Montana but personally we prefer his works with less known rappers and in two weeks he and 38 Spesh (couple month back released his album 7 Shots) will release their joint project on 18th of November. Album will be called Beyond Belief and expectations are astronomical. You can already listen to the pilot track Speshal with a guest Stove God Cook$.

R.A.P. Ferreira – 5 to the Eye with Stars
Rapper and producer milo AKA R.A.P. Ferreira is back and again brings album which does not follows any rules. 5 to the Eye with Stars is another fusion of poetry, rap, jazz, boom bap, singing and electronic music for which we come to rapper on regular bases. R.A.P. Ferreira is a first-class lyricist and similar to Open Mike Eagle manages to sew together intimate stories with complex themes. He does all of that with absolute lightness, humor and positive energy. “As we took the the sky and the skies became ours.” Unfortunately, there is no clip tied to the album so let’s watch and listen to Leaving Hell from Purple Moonlight Pages.
Raz Fresco – Arm Leg Leg Arm Head lp
Twenty-seven years old rapper and producer from Toronto, member of the Bakersclub is unstopable this year. Now we recommend you sit down because here comes the list of projects he released just this year. Boulangerie, Pocket Operations, Boost for Breakfast, Ice Cream Cake, Get Baked, Marvelous Right Wrist, Magnetic, Jamaican Rum Cake and EP Arm Leg Leg Arm Head and now he continues with LP with the same name. Whole album was produced by Eric Right. You can expect perfect beats and Fresco’s confidence on mic.
QThree – u be ight
If you did not hear about QThree, this album is a must for you. Talented rapper and producer uncovers another part of his life story. In these introspective, existential tracks rapper describes unfortunate incidents in which he ended just because the colour of his skin. Productions on this album has been taken care of by talents like haNN_11, Malik Abdul Rahmaan, groundskeepr and Navy Blue, in between the guests are Matt Ford, Evidence, Cloud Atrium, THEakasha, Bets and Max Swan.
Santana Fox – The Awakening
Santana Fox (daughter of legendary Prodigy from Mobb Deep) has rap in her veins. She released her debut album Girl Next Door earlier this year and on Halloween delivered EP The Awakening by which confirms how much talent she inherited from her father. New project is darker, and rapper let go of her sadness just a little bit. You can expect hard beats even some slower melancholically tracks. Unfortunately, there is no clip tied to the album so let’s watch and listen to Scar Souvenirs.
Supreme Cerebral – The Lost Seed Of Sunjata
After projects The Loop 2: The House Of Loops, Samurai War Scrolls and The Bad Guy rapper returns with his fourth project. This time around not colaborating with just one specific producer (like it was on his three previous projects) but invites whole team of big talents and he does not stop there but continues with great name after the great name on his featured list. The Lost Seed Of Sunjata is perfect showcase of hard, uncompromising, brutal rap without any signs of glorification. Unfortunately, there is no clip tied to the album so let’s watch and listen to This Side.
